Ordinance No. 2 of 1897.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance entitled "Ordinance to consolidate and amend the Laws relating to Probates and Letters of Administration in this Colony, and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's instructions.
My printed Memo (annexed) explains the alterations effected by this Ordinance in the law hitherto in force, but omits to notice some slight alterations in the wording of section 60, as compared with section 66 of Ordinance 9 of 1870.
